Two time Academy Award winner for Best Visual Effects - yes, both times for miniatures. This dude is a legend in his field. There is no one better at building, shooting, and knowing everything there is to know about working with miniatures. This is our miniature guy. But don’t worry, we’re not selfish, he can be your miniature guy too. Just ask Christopher Nolan (Interstellar*, Inception), Damien Chazelle (First Man*), or Tarantino (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood).

Two time Academy Award loser for Best Visual Effects - coulda won once for Death Becomes Her, but he lost the coin toss and his former studioADI partner took home the gold instead. His specialty is in-camera creature effects, and if you have even the slightest interest in movies that aren’t romantic comedies, you’ve seen his work. He’s brought xenomorphs, predators, tremors, and brain bugs (to name a few) to life during his storied career. And for you rom-com-ers, he did create animatronic animals for Failure to Launch… anyone?... anyone…? He has closed the doors on studioADI, to launch his own shop, StudioGillis. He is a founder of Pro Machina and is eager to scratch the itch of making more movies with us.

Two time Academy Award attendee, and multi-talented multi-hyphenate. She can do it all. Just 'cause she was sitting in the audience at the Oscars doesn’t mean she can’t run the show. No one is better at keeping a job on track and getting things done. Nothing would get done the right way if Camille wasn’t at the helm. There is a reason why she is president and CEO of ProMachina. And if you think this is hyperbole, ask either of those two guys above.

One time Academy Award after party attendee. It was the Vanity Fair party the year Ian won the Oscar for First Man. It was pretty cool. Hmm… What else is there to say about Reid? He’s decent at construction… uh… he’s kinda creative. He’s a hard worker when he’s not procrastinating. I dunno, what do you want me to say about the guy?!? He’s not the best in the business at anything, he hasn’t won any awards, but he’s on the team! Leave me alone, okay?!?
